Turkey Talk & Gobble:
How to Prepare, Cook, and Carve a Perfect Holiday Bird

Tuesday, Nov 11 from 6:30 - 9:30 pm
Come see and taste our favorite thanksgiving bird prepared from start to finish by the pros. This step-by-step class will guide you through all the preparations from selecting your bird to seasoning it for the best flavor. Learn the principles behind roasting, the benefits of brining and how to prepare a turdurken with confidence. Discover why the right pan is essential, how to gauge when your bird is done and how to masterfully carve a turkey and present it beautifully at the table for family and friends.

Following the demos, we will have samples of all the different turkeys along with a full Thanksgiving dinner with wine pairings. Added excitement comes in when we serve your favorite side dishes kicked up a notch. Bring your toughest questions and our seasoned pros will solve them all, making your turkey the talk of your holiday meal. Open to the public.
